How to download your product

Check your email
After payment, you'll get a confirmation email with your secure download link — usually within seconds.

Click the download link
Open the link on a desktop or laptop where possible. Your files download as PDF, Word, Excel, TXT, or a ZIP bundle.

Unzip & open
If your product is a ZIP, extract it first (right-click → Extract All), then open the files inside.

Quick fixes for common issues

No confirmation email?
Check your spam, promotions, and junk folders first. Search your inbox for “DALFAST”. Still nothing after 15 minutes? Email us and we'll resend it.

Download link won't open?
Try a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) or device. Disable any VPN or ad-blocker temporarily, as these can block download servers.

Can't open a ZIP file?
ZIP files must be extracted before use. On Windows: right-click → Extract All. On Mac: double-click. On phones, install a free app like Files or iZip.

PDF won't open?
Install a free reader like Adobe Acrobat Reader, or open the file in your browser or Google Drive. Most phones open PDFs natively.

Can't edit a Word/Excel file?
Open editable files in Microsoft Office, Google Docs/Sheets (free), or LibreOffice. Some templates are view-protected as PDF by design.
Link expired?
Download links stay active, but if yours stops working just email us your order number and we'll send a fresh one right away.

How quickly will I receive my download?

Can I download my files more than once?

Yes. Your download link stays active so you can re-download whenever you need to. We strongly recommend saving a backup copy to your computer, Google Drive, or Dropbox right after your first download.
Can I download on my phone or tablet?

Yes, though we recommend a desktop or laptop for the smoothest experience — especially for ZIP bundles, which are easier to extract on a computer. On mobile, you may need a free file app to unzip and open certain formats.
How many devices can I use my products on?

There's no device limit for your personal use. Download and use your purchased products across all your own devices — laptop, desktop, phone, and tablet.
Do I need any special software?

Usually not. PDFs open in any browser or free reader. Editable Word and Excel files open in Microsoft Office, the free Google Docs/Sheets, or free LibreOffice. ZIP files just need to be extracted first.
My file looks different from the preview — why?

This is almost always a font or software issue. For the intended look, open editable templates in the program they were designed for (Word or Google Docs), and make sure you've extracted ZIP files fully before opening.
I bought a bundle — where is everything?

Bundles are delivered as a single ZIP file containing all the included products, organised into folders. Download the ZIP, extract it, and you'll find every product inside, ready to use.
